| After 9/11, desperate and fearful men in high-level government positions decided the only way to fight evil was with evil. Seeking to create the perfect killing machine, government researchers revitalized “The Final Outcome” project, a genetic research program that had been shelved in the 1990’s. The project had developed a process they called Spiritual Genetic Manipulation (SGM), where they had accidentally discovered the genetic code for evil incarnate, and then developed a viral carrier that, over time, altered the genetic code of the recipient. The original project had ended with disastrous results. But to fight the War on Terror, military leaders wanted soldiers who were willing to kill without compunction, who held no fear of their own death, and who would be willing to complete suicide missions without question or pause; in their words, to beat terrorists at their own game. They tasked the former “Final Outcome” researchers with accomplishing these goals, using 25 test subjects. Now, those subjects have escaped. And there is no turning back…. |
